Xiaowen He, Licensed Acupuncturist (L. Ac.) is certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) in the United States, and licensed by the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners in Georgia. He studied western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, including acupuncture, in China. He graduated from Xian Jiaotong University School of Medicine in China, obtained M.D. degree in Wurzbug University School of Medicine in Germany and completed his postdoctoral study at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN. He was a faculty member at the Institute of Orthopedics and Traumatology, China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Beijing, China and an assistant professor of medicine at Emory University School of Medicine, Atlanta, Georgia.

Wanyun Zhong, Licensed Acupuncturist (L. Ac.) is certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) in the United States, and licensed by the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners in Georgia. She studied western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine including acupuncture, in China. She graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University School of Medicine in China and completed her postgraduate study at the Neuroscience Institute in the same medical school. In the study, she investigated the mechanisms of acupuncture induced anesthesia. She was an attending neurologist and the person in charge of the Electromyography Laboratory at China-Japan Friendship Hospital, Beijing, China. |
